Steel is heated for hot forging, formed to the specified horseshoe profile and moved to dedicated punching and finishing operations.
Forged steel horseshoes, aluminum horseshoes and drop-forged horseshoe nails are reviewed against the material and dimensions stated in the buyer brief.
