Seams, scale and trim
Give the Quilting a Deliberate Layout
Quilting belongs to the construction as well as the appearance. Show the pattern and scale you want, including how it meets the edge trim and any planned logo area.
A close detail is useful for discussing the look. It does not establish cooling, shock absorption or pressure-relief performance.
Position the Mark on the Actual Shape
Place the artwork against the chosen pad pattern. Its size and position may need adjustment when you review the finished sample rather than a flat illustration.
Send the logo file and intended dimensions.
Locate the mark relative to quilting and trim.
Use a reference for the fabric, binding and mark.
Review it as one product
Approve the Complete Sample
Review dimensions, seam finish, trim, fastening placement and overall presentation together. Keep feedback attached to the exact pattern and material version.

For washing or colour-retention claims, agree the intended evaluation before using those claims in retail copy. The sample also needs review for your intended saddle setup; no pad shape is a universal fit.

If your range includes an ear bonnet or other matching item, give each component its own specification and quantity. Matching colours do not mean every photographed item comes in one sales unit.
Define whether the pad is packed alone or within an agreed set. Keep the set contents and retail presentation explicit.
