Metal riding equipment

Made for Your Range.
Alongside horseshoes and farrier tools, we manufacture riding stirrups, spurs and horse bits in our own factory. Choose catalogue models for wholesale supply, or bring us a drawing or sample for a branded product.
For stirrups, we work through the tread, leather opening, finish and logo placement with you. The agreed model and sample keep those details clear before production.

Drawing-based horseshoes need tooling. We assess mould and development costs from the complexity of your drawing, separately from the production quantity.

Minimum quantities are model-specific. Timing and development costs are confirmed for the actual project rather than applied as one rule to every product.

Small Changes Can Define a Product
These projects show how a buyer's feedback becomes a specific manufacturing brief. Customer names are kept private.
Keep the familiar pattern, refine the fit
Working from three sample sets, we widened the toe area of two sizes by approximately 1.5–2 mm and shortened one heel by approximately 2 mm. Two sample rounds preceded the first order of 12,000 pairs across five sizes.
Bring the shoe and nail together
The customer's shoes and nail samples guided the development. One nail-head width was reduced by approximately 0.2 mm after feedback. The first order covered four lengths, with 250 nails per box in the customer's packaging.
Develop the brand's own version
A revised tread width, texture, edges and logo position formed the brief. After two sample rounds, the customer approved 1,500 pairs, packed one pair per box.
