Horse Halters for Wholesale and Branded Ranges
We manufacture horse halters in China for equestrian brands, tack retailers and distributors. Build your range around the right construction and measured fit, then discuss colours and branding with us.

Start with the Halter Construction
Rope and webbing halters are different constructions, not alternative finishes. Choose the product your customers need before comparing colours or prices.
Rope construction
Keep the rope arrangement, knots and fastening method attached to the reference model.
Webbing construction
Specify the strap arrangement, joined sections and the hardware used on that version.
Fit that can be compared
Support Size Names with a Measurement Chart
Pony, Cob and Full labels are useful only when the measurements behind them are clear. Use the same measurement points for every size in your range.
An existing sample helps describe the fit you want to retain. Record the adjustment range as well as the selected setting; a size name alone is not a universal fit.
Your Size Reference
- Measurement points
- Identify the strap or opening being measured.
- Working setting
- Record the position used for the comparison.
- Adjustment range
- Show the available change for that version.
- Size label
- Attach the measurements to your retail size name.
Describe each component
Keep the Material Specification Clear

Specify the main strap or rope, any padding and the hardware separately. Different versions should keep their own material descriptions.
Colour and texture help you review the appearance, but they do not identify the fibre or metal grade. Confirm those details for the selected model rather than combining several material names in one specification.

Review Fastening and Adjustment Together

Check the buckle, fastening arrangement and strap adjustment on the same sample as the main halter body. Keep the hardware size and available adjustment positions with the model reference.
- Fastening arrangement
- Strap travel and adjustment positions
- Hardware size and attachment
A buckle or clip is not, by itself, evidence of a breakaway or safety-release function.
Give Your Colour and Brand Details a Clear Reference
Send a physical colour reference and artwork showing where the label or marking belongs. We can discuss the execution for the selected construction instead of relying on an approximate screen colour.
A physical reference
Keep the approved colour tied to the material and version.
A defined position
Show the intended size and placement on the halter.
The finished sample
Review the combined appearance before confirming the range.
An assortment, not just a total
Allocate Quantities by Size and Colour
Break the order into the versions your customers will buy. Include the branding and packing requirements on each line so one total does not hide several different products.
We will confirm the model quantities, pricing, sample arrangements and timing from your range brief. Mixed variants and minimum quantities need agreement for the selected products.
| Identify the version | Add the requirement |
|---|---|
| Construction and model | Reference product |
| Size | Measurement chart |
| Colour and mark | Approved reference |
| Quantity | Number of halters |
| Packing | Unit contents and presentation |
Bring the range together
Send Your Halter Range Brief
Share the construction, measurements and adjustment you need, followed by colour references, artwork and quantities. Add packing and destination so we can focus the sample and quotation discussion.
If a familiar fit matters to your customers, include your existing sample reference. Tell us which details should stay the same and which you want to change.
