Read MOQ at Model Level
The catalogue’s stated minimums apply to the relevant models. Do not treat one product’s MOQ as the threshold for the whole factory or assume that different models can be combined to meet it.

Separate Tooling from Unit Pricing
Custom geometry may require molds or other development work. Keep these costs distinct from the production price so the first order and later replenishment orders can be understood clearly.

Agree the Approval Reference
Use an identified drawing revision, model specification or approved sample. Record material, dimensions, finish and pack contents together where they define the product being ordered.

Keep the Order Basis Clear
Compare Quotations on the Same Basis
Check the product version, quantity unit, packaging, tooling and delivery terms before comparing totals. A lower figure is not a like-for-like comparison if it excludes part of the required order.
Make Reorders Precise
For a reorder, quote the product and approved revision.
Report the Difference
If an issue arises, provide the order reference, affected quantity, photographs and a description of the difference from the agreed product.

Can I start an enquiry without a complete specification?
Yes. Send a product link, catalogue model or reference photo, together with your estimated quantity and destination. For a custom product, tell us what you want to keep and change. We can work through the remaining details with you before the order is agreed.
Can different products be combined to meet one minimum order quantity?
There is no single factory-wide MOQ covering unrelated products. Catalogue minimums apply to the relevant models. List your quantities by model; any proposed mix of sizes or finishes needs to be agreed for that selection.
What should I include when asking for samples?
Identify the model and any requested changes, then explain what you want to evaluate. Include your delivery destination. Sample charges, preparation time and dispatch arrangements are discussed for that request; a custom sample and an existing catalogue model can involve different work.
Does a production lead time include delivery to my warehouse?
Not unless the quotation explicitly includes that scope. Development, sample approval, production and transport are separate stages. Share your required arrival date and destination so we can discuss a schedule with those stages identified.
