Specify the quantity by model in pieces, then state your preferred packing. Confirm the number of boxes in each outer carton separately.

For the case packing above, 480,000 ÷ 250 equals 1,920 boxes in total. The outer-carton count cannot be calculated without its box capacity.

Are two horseshoe nail series interchangeable if their lengths match?
No. Matching length does not establish matching head or shank geometry. Keep the series and model with the length, then check the intended shoe. For a coordinated supply request, use our horseshoe and nail matching guidance.
Is 250 nails per box the required packaging for every order?
No. That quantity belongs to the UAE project described on this page. Share the pack quantity, model labels, artwork and outer-carton requirements you need. We will discuss the packing for your selected models rather than apply the case format to every order.
Should I request a quotation in pieces, boxes or cartons?
Give the nail quantity by model in pieces and state the requested number per box and boxes per carton separately. This keeps the product quantity clear while packaging is being agreed, especially when several lengths use different labels.
