State overall cheek length and mark the attachment positions on a drawing or annotated reference. An overall length alone leaves important parts of the geometry undefined.
Match the Arrangement
Include the mouthpiece connection and the components you expect in the supplied set. A full-cheek design is not automatically a shank or curb configuration.

Define the Mouthpiece Precisely
Record mouth width and thickness alongside the port, joints or rollers present in the chosen design. If you need a changed shape, show that change rather than relying on a general product name.
The illustrated model has an arched port and a central roller. Other mouthpiece arrangements need their own reference and specification.

Identify the required material for the cheeks, mouthpiece and any rollers separately. Then specify finish and marking for that configuration.
